Home Health Tic-Tac-Toe is an e-learning game that challenges learners to test their general home health knowledge. The game includes 9 characters that represent categories of knowledge. Clicking a characters opens a statement that the user either agrees with or disagrees. If the learner selects the correct response, an “O” is placed next to the character. If the learner selects an incorrect response, an “X” is placed next to the character. Winning the game requires that three correct answers be selected in a row. The game is lost if three incorrect answers (Xs) appear in a row.
This game was created to provide an interactive and enjoyable challenge of the Home Health Conditions of Participation, coverage criteria, OASIS Q&As and ICD-10 coding.
