Subscription Pricing Packages
Home Care Institute offers a variety of pricing subscription packages. Thanks to that, we can tailor our service to your needs and provide affordable home health and hospice education. All plans include access to our Learning Management System in addition to our comprehensive download library of job aids and resources.
Organizations that don’t need access to Medicare-certified content can purchase a limited content package instead. These packages primarily focus on aide courses and compliance training.
What can you expect with Home Care Institute subscription plans?
No hidden fees. Implementation, training, and support are all included in the per license fee.
We will create a custom branded LearnCenter at no additional charge for clients with 50+ active licenses.
Also for clients with 50+ active licenses, Home Care Institute will convert your content into e-learning courses for easy assignment and tracking. Only you will see your custom courses, and there are no additional costs to host them. Your per-license fee includes this.
There is no charge for inactive accounts. You pay for a certain number of active spots, and you can decide which of your employees will use those spots. They are like chairs in a classroom.
No long-term agreements are required. Our agreements are for 12 months.
You can add more licenses at any time. If you add learners during your annual term, you can purchase additional licenses that last until your term is up. These licenses are prorated based on the number of months left in the annual term. (i.e. 6 months into your agreement, a new license is effectively half off!)
You can add and manage users with a simple spreadsheet. (We off automated integration for a one-time charge of $1,000.)
All subscriptions require a minimum of 10 seats.
